Senior menu for April 8

Menu: Monday, April 9: country chicken fricassee, mashed potatoes, sliced carrots, pineapple juice, multi-grain dinner roll, grapes, Tuesday, April 10: pepperoni pizza, tossed salad with dressing and chick peas, cranberry juice, orange; Wednesday, April 11: Spanish rice, fiesta corn, corn bread, tropical fruit salad, Thursday, April 12: beef tips with gravy, egg noodles, green and yellow beans, orange juice, wheat bread, pie, Friday, April 13: vegetable lasagna, Italian blend vegetables, apple juice, 12-grain bread, rice pudding, Monday, April 16: egg salad, lettuce and tomato slices, grape juice, soup of the day with one package of crackers, hamburger bun, mandarin oranges, Tuesday, April 17: two chicken legs, wild rice, diced beets, orange juice, rye bread, tapioca pudding.

Gelatin and topping are sugar free. All meals served with 1/2 pint skim or 2% milk. Day Care serves 1/2 pint 1% or skim milk. All meals receive 1 tsp. margarine.
