Senior menu for April 1

Menu: Monday, April 2: baked chicken, sweet potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli mix, tomato juice (HDM pineapple orange juice), wheat bread, apple, Tuesday, April 3: meatloaf with gravy, boiled red potatoes, spinach, pineapple juice, wheat bread, butterscotch pudding; Wednesday, April 4: Polish sausage, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, apricot nectar, multi-grain dinner roll, strawberries on half biscuit with topping, Thursday, April 5: EASTER DINNER baked ham, broccoli rice casserole, green beans, cranberry juice, carrot raisin muffin, chocolate éclair, Friday, April 6: baked fish with tartar sauce, sweet potato nuggets, coleslaw, 12-grain bread, pineapple tidbits, Monday, April 9: country chicken fricassee, mashed potatoes, sliced carrots, pineapple juice, multi-grain dinner roll, grapes, Tuesday, April 10: pepperoni pizza, tossed salad with dressing and chick peas, cranberry juice, orange.

Gelatin and topping are sugar free. All meals served with 1/2 pint skim or 2% milk. Day Care serves 1/2 pint 1% or skim milk. All meals receive 1 tsp. margarine.
